One Fountain Plaza, in Phase I of the development, is a four-story building with 25,000 SF floor plates on three upper floors and partial retail on the first floor. The top floor has an open-air veranda overlooking the central plaza and Gateway Island Park. One Fountain Plaza opened in January 2017 and is available for lease.


Two Fountain Plaza will be a mirror image of One. Three Fountain Plaza can be custom designed for tenants that need 50,000 to 150,000 SF.
